Search Tool
The Search Tool textbox is displayed on the upper-left hand side of our website. The Search Tool allows you to search for keyword(s) or a specific part number. By clicking the “Go” button, the page will display a list of the search results of the searched item. If there is more than one page from your search result, you will have to click the “Next Page” button located on the top or bottom of the page.

Search By Vehicle
The Search By Vehicle tool is displayed below the Search Tool textbox. This is an advanced search tool for all the products we offer specifically for your vehicle as well as universal items. By clicking on the drop-down menus of each Make, Model, Year, and Product Type categories will allow you to select your make, model, year, and product type for your vehicle. When you are done selecting your specific vehicle, click the “Search” button and the page will display a list of the search results for your specific vehicle.

Search By Category
The Search By Category tool is a category listing on the left side of our website. This allows you to narrow your search by product type. Simply click on the category and subcategories to locate the specific type of product you are looking for.

WHEELS BOUTIQUE® operates out of its facility located (West of Miami International Airport). In addition, we have a full network of suppliers across the country that can drop ship items as well to our customers.

Shipping Options
We package each order with care using quality corrugated boxes and packaging materials. Our primary shipping service is UPS. UPS Ground service (1-7 business days) for in-stock items. This is the most economical shipping method. For faster shipment, you may select Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Air.

We use Postal Service only to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, PSC or any international addresses.

Free Shipping
Certain products may be on special offering free shipping. This offer is limited to UPS Ground service. These items marked for free shipping must be purchased individually. During checkout, you must select the shipping option that states “Free Shipping.” If you select any type of air shipping method, normal shipping fees will apply.

Additional Shipping details:
We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Parts in-stock usually ship within 1-2 business days.
In the remote case we do not have the item you requested in-stock anymore; we will email you the estimated shipping date, with the option of waiting for the item or having your money refunded.Most items re-stock within 1-2 business days, others within 5-7 business days.

What is CID, CVV2?
For your protection, we ask that you supply an extra 3-4 digit (CID, CVV2 number). The CID, CVV2 are extra numbers printed on your credit card.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover
The card validation number is printed on your Visa, MasterCard & Discover cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card).

American Express
American Express cards show the card validation number printed above and to the right of the imprinted card number on the front of the card.
