If your order is accurate but you decide not to keep it, certain conditions apply when returning your items.

To return an order, please print, fill out, and fax our Return Form to 786-249-0129.

Returns are subject to conditions specified in our Return Policy.

Wheels Boutique Cancellation & Return Policy

USED WHEELS AND DAMAGED WHEELS MAY NEVER BE RETURNED NOR ANY CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. ONCE TIRES ARE MOUNTED ON THE WHEELS IT IS DEEMED USED AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED UNLESS WHEELSBOUTIQUE GRANTS A RETURN RMA# AND/OR IF THE ORDER WAS SENT WRONG OR OTHER ISSUES MAY OCCUR WHICH WILL WARRANT A RETURN. ALSO ONCE THE WHEELS AND TIRES ARE DRIVEN ON, IT CAN NEVER BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

All HRE and IForged orders are custom made, non returnable and can not be cancelled under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations:

All cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a $100 cancellation fee plus a 25% restocking fee.

If your order has already shipped, please follow the steps in our return policy.

The Wheels Boutique Compatibility Guarantee ensures that your online order will fit your vehicle. Should you wish to return or exchange an item for any other reason, the following conditions apply:

Non-Defective Returns and Exchanges:

RMA requests must be made within 30 days of receiving merchandise.
Merchandise and accessories must be properly packaged and returned in brand new condition. All returns are carefully inspected to verify new condition. Tires or wheels showing any extent of wear or damage from automotive use or improper installation will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Unless purchased together as a package: Tires may not be returned or exchanged once mounted on a wheel.
Wheels may not be returned or exchanged once tires have been mounted on them.

Wheels returned for a refund or refused upon delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping is non-refundable and not covered by Wheels Boutique for non-defective returns or exchanges.
Labor costs for mounting and balancing are non-refundable.

Return Procedure:

Before returning an order, you must obtain an RMA number by following the steps below:

Step 1: Download and Print this form.

Step 2: Sign and fax a copy to our customer service dept. at:
786-249-0129

Step 3: Call Customer service at:
1-866-51-WHEEL for RMA # and packaging / shipping instructions. Ship your return to us.

Customer service will contact you upon receiving your return.

Note: All returns must be received by Wheels Boutique within 15 days of your RMA issue date.

Return Packaging:

Wheels Boutique requires the use of UPS when shipping returned items. Wheel and tire packages must be wrapped in plastic and boxed before they are returned to us. Please visit our web site for a guide on proper packaging for returns.
Wheels Boutique strives to offer the widest selection of wheels for as many vehicles as possible. In the rare event that we don’t offer wheels for your vehicle, please let us know at info@wheelsboutique.com.

To protect you and ourselves from costly fraudulent orders, Wheels Boutique will only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company.
If you need your order shipped to a different address, you’ll need to inform your credit card company of the alternate address, which we will then verify once your order is placed.
Shipping time within the continental U.S. depends on your location in the U.S.A. See our Shipping Information area for more details. Orders ship 24-48 hours after order is placed unless specified otherwise by your customer representative.Custom built to order wheels can take between 4-6 weeks to complete, please contact your sales representative for more information.
Wheels Boutique ships via UPS to the U.S. and Canada, and USPS to locations such as Hawaii and Alaska.We use DB Schenker for all international shipments, please contact a sales representative for a shipping quote on international orders.
A typical order wheel and tire order is prepared in four steps:

1 - Your wheels and tires are pulled from our warehouse shelves.

2 - Your tires are mounted on the wheels, and balanced using computerized high-speed balancing machines (over a $100.00 value!).

3 - The balanced wheel/tire assemblies are wrapped in thick protective plastic, and thick cardboard layers are placed over both the face & back of the wheels.

4 - They are then packed into boxes for shipping.
Yes, but we can only process the daily limit every day until you have been charged the full amount. Once this is complete, your order will be processed and shipped.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept money orders, cashiers checks, and bank transfers. Please contact us for further details if using the latter forms of payment.
Currently, we do not offer any financing plans, except on custom orders which have longer lead times than standard orders.
Yes, your order from Wheels Boutique will include all hardware needed for a proper installation. Note that hub rings and/or lug nuts will only be included when required for your specific vehicle. Newer vehicles that require Tire Pressure Sensors can be included in your order for additional costs, contact your sales representative for details.

All listed prices are per wheel, for the full set change quantity to 4. Prices are also subject to change.
